Lares Homes - Osmond + William Branding and Identity

We were engaged to create a refined visual identity for Lares Homes’ Osmond + William project – a premium dual-residence development in Norwood, South Australia. Our work began with a bespoke logo that reflected the architectural elegance and elevated finishes of the homes, followed by a high-end brochure designed to capture the attention of discerning buyers. A bespoke illustrated site map that clearly communicated the layout of the two properties was also created.

Every design element was considered – from typography and material choices to layout and imagery – to echo the project’s emphasis on timeless design and inner-east luxury. The result was a cohesive brand presentation that communicated sophistication, exclusivity and lifestyle value, helping Lares Homes position Osmond & William as a standout residential offering in one of Adelaide’s most desirable suburbs.
