A consistent stationery system ensures every communication reflects a professional and recognisable brand. As part of Modbury High School’s brand refresh, Design Notion developed a complete stationery suite designed to support both everyday administration and significant school milestones.

The stationery system included letterheads, envelopes, business cards, compliment slips, name badges, graduation certificates and digital templates for policy documents and official correspondence. Each item was carefully designed to incorporate the refreshed identity while providing practical resources that staff could use with confidence.

The result is a cohesive stationery system that improves communication consistency, strengthens brand recognition and ensures every interaction reflects the school's contemporary visual identity.
