Department of Education – Professional Practice Framework

Design Notion was engaged by the Department of Education to develop a purpose-driven professional practice project supporting teacher development, reflection, and growth. The framework was designed to encourage coaching-based feedback, evidence-based reflection, and alignment with the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers (APST).

The project supports structured observation, written feedback, and professional development planning, helping clarify areas for improvement and support teachers in meeting the Proficient career stage. Through strategic education design and clear communication, Design Notion delivered a practical solution that strengthens professional learning and teaching practice across school communities.
